Numonix Launches IXCloud for Cisco Webex

Cloud-native, Fully Compliant, Compliance Call Recording Solution Now Available for Webex Calling and Webex Contact Center

Numonix is pleased to announce the launch of its compliance recording IXCloud solution for Cisco Webex calling and contact center, available immediately in the Cisco App Hub.

“This is very much a case of Numonix being responsive to both our customers and our partners,” Numonix VP of Sales Andy Whiteside says. “We’re happy to be able to deliver this solution as quickly as we have. We have a number of important partners who have considerable Webex customer bases, so we’re thrilled to be able to put a tried-and-true solution in their hands.”

  • Call Listing: Easily search and retrieve calls through an intuitive call listing page. Search by agent, date and time, caller name and number, and more… Keyword search is available if the transcription is enabled.
  • Regulatory Audit Friendly: Comprehensive set of tools allow you to complete comprehensive audits quickly and easily including a comprehensive audit trail, playback log with call reason, call activity log, and more.
  • Securely Share a Call: Calls are encrypted in 256BIT AES Encryption and digitally signed for tamper-proofing. Securely share calls with internal or external contacts without downloading an unencrypted file.iew recorded call metrics, storage, and transcription utilization in a single dashboard.
