Once logged in to IXCloud,
open Admin.

In Admin select
Endpoint.

Next click Add
Endpoint.

Once logged in to IXCloud,
open Admin.

Enter your desired Endpoint
name and click Create.

Find your new Endpoint in
the list and click Keys.

Now click
Create Key.

Select Webex Contact Center for the Sub Type, Never for the Expiration and choose the User Group for Webex recording.
Then click Authorize.

Authenticate your access
to Webex.

Now you should see a check
mark in the Authorize button.
Click Save.
